• two and one-half percent (2.5%) of the net fee collected for additional services or products purchased through the member's account on behalf of the client.³

¹A Professional Member may book a vacation property, or other services or products on keysto.com  for existing account members, new keysto.com members, and the Professional Member him- or herself, as long as the eligible reservations are made through the account of the Professional Member. The Professional Member may be provided with a monthly account statement detailing transactions and fees collected. Each agency (Professional Member employer) may receive a monthly statement of all transactions for employees of their company who are Members. Professional Members are independent contractors and not employees of keys to, keysto.com, Keys to..., LLC or affiliated companies.

²This subsequent compensation is an acknowledgment of appreciation by Keys to..., LLC, to the Professional Member for introducing the traveler to keysto.com. The subsequent booking fee is only paid to the Professional Member who initiated the traveler’s relationship with keysto.com, and subsequent booking or residual fees are only paid after a Professional Member has booked a minimum of five (5) nights on keysto.com for each client guest for whom s/he is receiving compensation. The client guest's account must have been created by the Professional Member in order to be eligible for subsequent booking or residual fees, and the Professional Member must still be associated with the client guest's account.
³To be eligible, ancillary services or products must be purchased within six (6) months of a minimum two (2) consecutive-night paid reservation of a vacation property on keysto.com and made directly through the account of the originating Professional Member on behalf of the Guest.

*If a traveler reserves a vacation property, and/or other services or products, through a person other than the originating Professional Member, only the Professional Member booking the current services, and not the originating member, will receive any of the aforementioned percentage(s) of net fees collected by Keys to..., LLC.. If a Guest uses a Professional Member for booking on keysto.com, the Guest account is coded with a designation for either the originating Professional Member or a subsequent Professional Member. Only one designation is allowed per individual account and a designation may be changed only with the consent of the Guest.
